Okay, sorry to say that this never had a name that I knew of, so this is what I came up with. My boyfriend thinks that this would be best on some pasta but I like to think of it as a crustless pizza. Eat as is or add pasta, rice, or some kind of bread and make it a meal. The nutritional information is based on 6 servings but it depends on what else I am eating as to how much of this I eat. Sometimes I make the entire meal and eat half of what I cooked.
This is the only teriyaki marinade that I have ever needed. My mom taught this to me when I was very young. It works well with any type of meat, including seafood. It also works well as the basis for a stir-fry sauce
