This green smoothie has tons of vitamin C! It has a nice, fresh taste and is a great morning smoothie!
Rich, creamy broth, and tangy spices makes this a great soup for fall and winter. You can add more chili, a dollop of low fat sour cream, chopped cilantro and another sprinkle of chili powder to spice it up a bit!
This is a great brunch recipe. It is high in sodium, so you may want to cut back on salt and use a low-salt ham if you are on a restrictive diet or plan to have more salty foods during the day. Even my "green-hating" 13 year-old loved it!
