A nice change for regular chocolate chip cookies. They are so far from healthy, but are nice for a special occasion. They are especially good a day or so later as the cookies are more flavorful.
A fast and easy pot pie. My husband dislikes peas, so I use individual bags of frozen vegetables to avoid them. You can use a bag of frozen vegetables just as easliy. This is a great recipe for leftovers. I've made it with beef (although I used cream of potato instead of cream of celery), chicken, and turkey. I normally make 2 at once.
I'm starting to convert this recipe. I know that cinnamon rolls will never be healthy, but I want a recipe that I can treat my family to once in a while. Tried it exactly like this, but may tweak it a little more. My family's not big on frosting, so we found these sweet enough on their own.
Although changes can be made to decrease the caloric intake, this is how my family likes these made. You can also use Italian seasonings instead of the parsley. Garlic can be strong, so you may choose to decrease amount or remove altogether.
Meatballs with rice. Parmesean cheese optional and not included in nutritional info
