A variation of Rachael Ray's recpie to fit in the ingredients I did have.
You can eliminate the butter if you like, you'll still have a great dish! Also, if you prefer not to cook with wine, you can just use the whole can of chicken broth.
Altered from Rachael Ray's Recipe, I didn't have cream.
Not so healthy, but such a yumm splurge!! Its one of my favorite comfort foods. You can cut the fat by using low fat cheese, less bacon, more peas, less oil, etc. Feel free to play around:)
