    I have this for lunch. It is so delicious. 1 cup Soy or Almond Milk 1/2 banana ( I use frozen ) 1 T. cocoa powder 1 T. peanut butter 10 almonds packet of Splenda 4 ice cubes Blend together about a minute. 290 Calories. I added a scoop of powdered protien that adds another 110 calories.
