This recipe was adapted to be vegan from Better Homes and Gardens August issue. This roll is similar to a pizza bagel/ calzone. I served it with a salad and it was delicious. Leftovers make a great breakfast too. Most of the prep time is letting the dough rise, you need 1-2 hours for that. The rest is really quick.
Vegan Molasses quick bread (20 slices from 1 loaf). Very yummy easy to make bread that goes great with veggies, soup, salads, or as a breakfast with coffee or tea. My non-vegan Mr. loves this bread.
Great to add as a filling for burrito or on its own.
A yummy lunch or dinner. Tastes great with lettuce on top too :)
Also leave off the cheese still very good and vegan.
This is a roasted chilly pepper stuffed with some cheese and served with Spanish style rice.
Simple roasted beets
Add all the ingredients and blend away!
