Very light and fluffy chocolate chip cookie. Bakes into soft little "cake-like" cookies. Lower fat than traditional Nestle Choc. Chip cookies. Half the butter and only brown sugar are used.
This is a quick salad with high protein and fiber that is great with some light crackers or small sandwich. You can use a lighter mayo or miracle to save on fat grams. Each serving is about 1/2 cup.
This is a great low fat muffin I have for breakfast or put in the kids lunch.
Family recipes that is made to go inside homemade crepes. It is also good to sprinkle the crepe with a bit of sugar.
These crepes are a family favorite and I put a cottage cheese/sour cream filing inside. You could use low fat substitutes to make it lighter.
