I love Stuffed peppers but wanted to make them healthier. So I experimented and came up with this recipe. It's quick and easy, but o so yummy. If you have a problem with sodium, please make sure you use low sodium sauce. Enjoy
Easy and nutrious breakfast for on the go. This recipe is for 1 but can easily be adapted to feed as many as you want.
Homemade Simple with help from a box. I've made adjustments to make it more calorie and fat friendly. If sodium is a problem use low salt soy or you may omit it.
