The Tilapia is "cooked" in the lime juice. This is incredibly flavorful and can be easily tweaked to your own taste buds.
This recipe is designed for the 17 Day Diet Stage 1 menu. It's heavy on vegetables and low on fat, replacing most of the usual mayonnaise with non-fat Greek yogurt. It's crunchy yet surprisingly creamy with a nice little kick from the red pepper. If you are eating the 17 Day Diet plan, eat in a salad or straight from a small bowl, or stuff a tomato with it! If your not, it would be great on bread as well.
I love potatoes O'Brien and eggs but it's not very calorie friendly. This "Fajita" vegetable mix gives the same texture and similar taste to the O'Briens without all the starch and fat.
Very Low Fat Tomato Vinaigrette Salad Dressing. Eliminate the typically included Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and eliminate most of the calories and fat, but not the flavor. Blended up, it tastes like an Italian salsa.
