I just kinda threw this recipe together for something to go with our BBQ chicken...surprisingly, it turned out to be very good!! :))
Note: Nutrition info listed is with butter instead of margarine, as all i had in the house was butter and i needed to know all the basics to track!
This is a family favorite...I substitute Splenda for the sugar in the original recipe, and no one even knows the difference! It's a simple recipe to make. I make this in mini loaf pans at the holidays, it makes a great gift. And, it freezes really well.
This casserole recipe came from a Quick Cooking magazine, and has been a family favorite ever since! It is heavy on the sodium content, so be aware of that before you make this. The original recipe called for french fries instead of the potato puffs, but we found that the fries got soggy, so we tried it with the potato puffs, and like it much better!
