Something quick I whipped up when no one else was home.
For my tracking purposes.
My lasagna recipe. Everyone I've made it for has demanded the recipe.
This is a quick soup I made one night when my mother was over. It was a hit, so I thought I'd save it.
This probably isn't low fat, calories, sodium, or anything remotely healthy. I am just calculating and saving this recipe for my reference.
Nice recipe I found searching for four hundred calorie recipes.
This recipe comes from my sister. She was creative in the kitchen due to reading a couple of cookbooks.
Something I threw together at the last minute. I used chicken breast, quick-cook barley, frozen veggies, and a can of chicken broth.
This is a pizza recipe my sister and I came up with using readily available ingredients. We only substituted turkey pepperoni for regular pepperoni and found the difference well worth it!
A mix of pre-packaged rice, made mor nutritious with veggies and protein.
