95109. I added dried apricots, subbed brown sugar for regular sugar and left out the cinnamon. I wanted a larger batch to serve all week long. This makes 16 servings.

This is an easy version of enchiladas. It is faster to prepare than traditional rolled enchiladas but tastes just as good!
A tasty sweet salad made with all Trader Joe's Ingrediants. This is a quick recipe to take to work for lunch.

A recipe I found online and modified to fit my favorite ingredients. Mostly just adding here to get the nutrition. Sorry I don't have the site I found it at.
A quick and easy flavorful pasta dish I created on a whim. The feta cheese gives it a great flavor. This would also be good with some diced up baked chicken added in or any other vegetables you like.
Original recipe posted by MREUTER. This is a doubled version of that recipe less the toppings and tortilla nutrition plus some chili powder for a bit of spice. Also mine is for cooking on the stove instead of the grill.
This is an easy dish with some mexican food flavor meant to spread a little money a long way. I came up with the concoction when I ran out of lettuce for a taco salad. Could be made vegetarian by leaving out the turkey meat.
This is an old family recipe. My grandma used to make it and it is the best sauce I have ever had. No restaurant or bottled sauce will ever compare. The sauce takes a long time to cook but it freezes very well. I break mine down into family meal size tupperware and freeze for a quick, easy, homemade meal, pull it out of the freezer to thaw before you leave for work.
Got this recipe from my Dad many years ago. I added the lentils for extra fiber and protein. The key ingredient is the chili kit. I have attached a photo so you know what to look for.
