Easy way to whip up a seafood curry. Any paste can be used, and a seafood mix can be replaced with prawns, shrimp, crab, calimari, fillets, or any other single fish or mixture you want, If coconut flavoured light evaporated milk cannot be obtained, just add a few drops of coconut essence to an ordinary can of fat reduced evaporated milk
Just mix it up, shake and use. My regular dressing.

Low in fat. Excellent source of vitamin C. Good source of vitamin A, folate and niacin. Source of iron, magnesium and thiamin. Food groups: cereals, vegetables. Per serve (when serves 5): 530 kJ (127 cals) 7g protein 2g fat (99% fat free) 20g carbohydrate
