quick and yummy
i wanted low sugar cherry pie and wanted to feel less guilty about it, so i added some protein powder...
I recently discovered that the "skinny" caramel macchiato isn't actually sugar free because of the caramel drizzle (which is what makes it a *caramel* macchiato, right! GRRR!)....so i found something that is close enough and made myself this sweet protein shake.
started with a dream of sugar free chocolate chip cookies...then for sf version of the double tree cookies...then protein found its way into the bowl too...
i adapted the recipe from the back of the sf chocolate chip bag.
This is a great pie crust, particularly for pumpkin pie, but it can be used for other custard/pudding fillings. It really helps to start out with pecans from the freezer, because then the butter blends through but quickly sets up so the "mass" is pliable.
using splenda instead of sugar.
suprisingly cheap/easy italian-esque veggie/beef sautee
throw it all in a dish and bake it
