Homemade Tapenade

Homemade tapenade. Great way to use your own olive oil since so many olives are packed in canola. Just rinse the olives beforehand. I stuffed this in chicken breast with some goat cheese for a delicious meal.

This is not the healthiest in terms of fat, but it is low sugar. You can modify the fat by adding more applesauce and cutting out the almonds. This is the original recipe:
