Looking for an easy, economical, low fat and carb dinner? This is it! This is so quick and simple, yet so good to eat. Kids even like it. I usually serve it over mashed potatoes, ( I use instant) add a salad or veggie and "It's Dinner!"
Delicious and less expensive than packaged mixes. I usually triple this and store it in a quart jar in the freezer. So easy! It can also be adjusted to suit your taste. If you prefer a hotter seasoning add more red pepper flakes. Very low sodium too.
A really great low carb and low fat recipe. Can be made with 2 cups cooked chicken breast , but I layered the whole breast on top of the stuffing mix and after it is done I cut them into half-which comes out to be a serving size piece of meat unless you have really small breasts. Sometimes I will add more broccoli also
Quick and so easy! I cook mine on the George Foreman Grill and its great! Chances are you will have some of the breading left over so the nutritional info may be a little higher than it really is.
This is a great summer side dish for lunch or dinner. It is okay to eat immediately after mixing but it will taste better the next day.
This recipe works with any white fish. I used Cape Capensis fillet.
I made hamburgers with a little ground turkey to help with the fat and calories. Thought I might share the results of the recipe calculations.
Wonderfully Healthy! I have this with 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese topped with canned peaches or pears and it a great lunch.
Venison is a "healthier" red meat as it is very lean and tasty. It can be used in any traditional beef recipe in place of beef. This recipe is a quick, low fat and wonderfully flavorful. If you do not have access to venison lean beef can be used.
This is a quick and easy yet, flavorful way to serve a low fat and heart healthy fish.
