This is a lovely Indian dish that is totally vegetarian AND low in fat. A great way to get leafy greens.
My husband invented this with some leftover brisket. The meat was tough but after cooking for a couple of hours softened right up. A great source of B12 and B6 as well as protein.

You can also cut a lot of salt out by using reduced sodium chicken broth.

Flank Steak is a fairly lean meat that takes marinades very well.
Matza is a great alternative to yeast doughs and breads for a pizza base. Comes in a variety of flavors but I use plain, salt free matza.
This can be made with just about any lean meat or fish, or shrimp if you eat shellfish. I make it with the veggies listed above but it can be made with whatever you like.
