*Beware of nutritionals on most wing sauce, they may have very low calorie counts for tiny servings (tsp) but you need to count in more reasonable numbers as you'll be consuming a lot more than that! Also beware of sodium counts!!

No mixer needed!
Please note the "2" servings are for a lasagna / casserole dish. This is way more than 2 servings if you're just using as sauce.
