I thought I'd try a twist on the traditional latkes this year!
My husband says this is the best chicken he has ever tasted, homemade or restaurant. For 340 calories, that's not bad! You can easily adjust the spices to make it spicier or sweeter, depending on your tastes. It takes 20 minutes to prep, mostly to chop the onion, and then you just pop it in the crockpot and ignore it til dinnertime!
This is my favorite summer treat! Just mix yogurt and juice concentrate into popsicle containers and pop 'em in the freezer, and you've got a sweet high-protein breakfast treat or afternoon snack. This recipe was calculated with frozen OJ concentrate, but you can use any flavor--my favorites are orange pineapple and rasberry.
An easy dish to prepare in advance of a potluck or dinner party.
