This is just standard soft Taco makings put together to see how many calories 1 Taco is.
I got this recipe from Whole Living Eat Well website. They add Cannellini Beans (1 1/2 cups cooked) at the end but I love it with just the vegetables so, I don't include the beans in my recipe or calculations.
Taken from Cook Right 4 Your Type. This recipe is Highly Beneficial to AB blood types and Neutral to all Other Blood Types.
Cook right for your type recommends serving tuna with basmati rice and using the cooked marinade as a light sauce over the rice.

Recipe is half of the original recipe which makes 12 servings. Also, I left out the 1/2 pound flaked imitation crabmeat (full recipe call for 1 pound).
Awesome Chili! I have made it many times since my friend gave me the recipe and it never fails to please me. Freezes well and is great for lunch or dinner.
I believe this recipe originally came from Sunset Cookbooks. It has been passed down thru my family and everyone always loves it.
Taken From www.fatfree.com - I made this in less than 45 minutes and it was very good. Thick with Vegetables and not too much broth. Good Flavor.
