Egg whites with onion, cilantro and green chilli beaten and fried in a non stick pan without oil. Just olive oil spray. (can add mushrooms or chopped veggies)
Dry sauteed squid recipe - low in calories, high in protein and low carb. It is made out of steamed squid and shallow fry it in a non stick pan. It is mild spicy to give it a tinge. Or it can also be grilled.
A healthy snack or side item consisting of minced lamb marinated with spices and herbs and deep fried or can be microwaved
Okra or Lady's finger is cooked with tomatos and garlic in sunflower oil ( you can also use Olive oil ) It is not too dry and neither too soggy. Its delicious with naan or chapati or pita bread.
