A nice light fish recipe. You can substitute the cod fillets for any other white fleshed fish.
I made a healthier version of a traditional Greek dish. Use extra-lean ground beef and 1% milk in the bechamel sauce. If you don't find the Kefalograviera cheese, you can use parmesan instead.
