3/4 cup chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
Tiny dash salt
Stevia and vanilla extract to taste
Vegetarian /Raw/ vegan onion bread made in dehydrator
Marinate shrooms, open side up in shoyu, lemon, and olive oil.
Grind pinenuts, basil, parsley and garlic, add miso. Warm in dehydrator for 3-6 hours at 105.
Makes 12 muffin sized quiches
Delicious and hearty soup, great on a rainy night.
