A flavorfull and filling veggie dish that I adapted from my mothers recipe to my taste. I encourage you to do the same with your own favorite spices.
I used to make a super fattening version of this, with tons of eggs and sharp cheddar. This is a great alternative, and you can eat 1/4 of the recipe!
You could use any fish you want, the original recipe called for salmon, but we like a milder fish. I also use cayenne pepper instead of black pepper in almost everything, but experiment with what you like.
I took this recipe from a Rachel Ray recipe, but lightened it up with way less olive oil.
