This lasagna represents the first step to healthier lasagna. I amke this in 2 pans: one for dinner and one to be cut up into lunches. Good for a crowd.
This can be used as a great spicy green chile stew, or cooked down and used as a filler in green chile burritos.
This is better than "I can't believe it's not butter" and far better FOR you than butter. Makes your 'fat' calories go much further at only 73 calories a tablespoon and a lower-than-butter fat content with every bit of the taste.
