My basic meatloaf- Makes 4 large or 6 med. size servings. I like to use muffin tins for baking and portion control.

This can be made with any kind of milk. Some may prefer to use sweeteners instead of brown sugar. More pumpkin can also be added if you like more of that flavor.
This could be done with no chopping and could be done in an hour from start to finish.

I have made a seafood pasta for years but, although very tasty, it was not very healthy. This is also very good but much better for you. This can be adjusted to your taste. If you don't like something leave it out.
Use any fresh berries available. You can add a little Grand Marnier or berry flavored vodka to berries and sugar for a little extra zing.

I crave hash browns and potatoes in general. This recipe is full ofr flavor and simple. It is easily adjusted to your own taste and a good way to get more vegetables in your diet.
