The original recipe had barely in the salad. I've used quinoa and garbanzo beans but currently make this as my favorite low-carb lunch.
Add feta cheese as desired just before serving (not included in nutrition information).
I use "No Salt Added" ketchup and "No Salt Added" breadcrumbs to reduce the extremely high sodium content in this recipe
