Chili For Dinner Tonight
Alright, so I am just starting the vegetarian thing, and I live with an 8 year old picky eater, so non-meat-meat pizza
Found an old recipe and had to mess with it a bit to make it lower cal (would suggest smaller chicken breasts then what we used, they were REALLY big)
Would suggest serving over rice.
Waaay too much for to make again, but elbries needs to add to her food tracker
In search of a baked mushroom that tasted like fried.

Quick and simple
Something we used to make when I was little, only with ALOT more red meat, and ALOT less seafood. The novelty for me was the method, and not so much the food.
We threw together some of the stuff that we had left so we did not have to think about what to cook for the night. NOTE: We had small skewers so the serving size might change (one skewer = one serving).
A combination of a couple of recipes that got my 6 year old excited to help.
Offers many possibilities for vegetables and makes for a colorful plate!
We ran out of bread crumbs, and instead of running to the grocery store, decided to use Cheerios.
We have a child who is dead set against eating anything that might look healthy. Thought we would try hiding things from him in order to see if we could finally get him to eat it.
Great to bake or grill. Top with cheese if you like and plenty of veg!
