Healthy way to do salmon

Salad - Quinoa/Corn/Bell Pepper/Spinach

This salad could serve more than 8 as a side. I use it as a full meal...excellent flavour. I use fresh products as much as possible.

Yogurt/Blueberries/Granola Cup

Love this for breakfast - can add any fruit. I save the cup from Starbucks similiar item, and refill - just the right amount.

Egg Salad Sandwich

I used Becal Vegan Margarine and Hellman's Low Fat Mayo - these were not listed so I used what I thought was the closest caloric wise on the site.

Veggie & Cheese Sandwich

Add sprouts, hot peppers, celery for crunch, chopped nuts, for a variation...makes for a very filling sandwich.
