This is a yummy and easy meal. 3 WW points plus (or 4 depending on the amt of chicken!) :D
Add avocado, cheese and tortilla chips at your discretion.
Less fiddly than a pumpkin pie but just as yummy; if not YUMMIER! Everyone asks for the recipe when I bring this somewhere. Not necessarily "healthy" but I wanted to have this in the files so I can include it in my calorie counting!

Even pared down from the Kitchen Boss full-cream and yolks-only version that made me crave rice pudding, this is still an indulgence!
Tried to make burgers but they fell apart! :( Decided not to fight it and threw in tomato soup and paste, and ... YUM!
Cake in 10 minutes! Using my awesome Tuppeware Tupperwave Stack Cooker; man I love that thing - and 1/6 of a cake under 100 calories!!!

From my favorite cookbook, How to Cook Everything - these are sooo yummy and great with some spicy Earl Grey tea!
Store-bought tortillas are so expensive, and so full of salt! One 12" tortilla can contain 20% of your daily sodium, yuck! These are worth trying, at least once - I promise you'll love it ;)
You wouldn't even know that this is low fat; it tastes just as yummy as if you used butter and more sugar :P.

I just have to say that if you can make rolled cookies, you can make pasta - no fancy equipment required! Fresh noodles are infinitely better, and you don't have to bother cooking them before assembling the lasagna, which makes them waaaay easier to handle!
A yummy, golden soup with soft and sweet butternut squash and pearl barley to warm you up on a winter's day.

How To Cook Everything's recipe, but 1/4 cup less butter, splenda for the white sugar and half whole wheat flour. Still an indulgence!
From the best cookbook ever, How to Cook Everything! I don't put my oven to 500 as the recipe instructs; my oven is a good 50 degrees too hot as it is and my fire alarm goes nuts at 400! The pitas just take a minute or two longer and they are no less yummy. Can be made with all white flour; 142 cals and 1.6 grams of fat.
I came up w/this today for my salad as I was craving a caesar-y flavor. Would also be good w/a little dijon added!
From the back of Bob's Red Mill Flaxssed Meal, modified just a wee bit (the dried apricots and whole wheat flour). I LOVE these muffins, they are super yummy, and @ under 3g of fat, with 4.5g of fibre and all those vitamins? Is there a better muffin?!
15-20 minutes kitchen time plus rising. This is a yeast bread recipe, after all!
