dont freak out when you see the nutritional information!!!! it is taking into account all of the ingredients as a whole. you will not be using the entire recipe all at once!!! this obviously makes more than one serving...
one of the best dips i have ever had. this has become a staple at my house.
i dont really know how to work the ingredients calculator but if you use a good spaghetti sauce and fat free parmesan cheese, the calories are way lower!!
this recipe also calls for 1 1/2 pounds of low fat tofu, mashed. i dont include it since i dont like it. i usually add veggies or cheese in its place. i left the tofu in the instructions in case you wanted to add it.
