Simple to make, healthy and tasty.. and you can use up any oddball vegetables in your fridge!
Makes a great icing for muffins, brownies, or dip for strawberries. The frosting will harden after 15 minutes, so if you want it creamy, serve immediately after preparing.
Baked, breaded chicken breasts rolled up in jalapeno havarti, mortadella, and jalapeno peppers. Similar to the Chicken Cordon Bleu, but with a kick!
I like to toss a tablespoon or two on a bowl of baby spinach. Makes a filling, low calorie, protein filled meal.
