This is my standard sauce recipe. Includes added liver and loads of veggies
This is a wonderful, delicious, gluten free, low carb, and nourishing recipe. I put it on a bed of lettuce and herbs, but it would also be great over cauliflower, steamed greens, roasted veggies. :-)
This is a very brothy, basic, cream of chicken soup. Low carb, flour free. You can add more veg, thicken it, add noodles if you do them. I just needed something to be "Horned Toad Soup" for my son's Harry Potter party. ;-) Yields 8, 2 cup servings
I didn't come up with this recipe but I didn't find it here on Sparkrecipes either so here it is! This is from the illustrious www.elenaspantry.com
I did change agave to honey and grapeseed oil to coconut oil, as those are what I prefer to use, healthwise.
This is pretty basic. You can add a lot more sugar if you want, but I wanted a very low sugar, not too sweet finish to my meal. The little bit of fresh mango adds a lot to the sweetness and texture of the dish.
I was craving some crispy nacho like meals, and came up with this. This is just a basic, you can add sour cream, different meats, lettuce, onion, bacon!
I got this from http://theglutigirls.wordpress

I got this here on SP recipes but wanted to see what it would be like without breadcrumbs. Added full fat cheddar, full fat sausage, and a raw egg for binding, and parmesan.
I just made this up, a simple meal inspired by lots of thai soups I have eaten!
As the Philippines’ national dish, chicken adobo has many variations. A few simple ingredients and some fresh organic chicken make a savory, memorable meal. Boneless thighs cost half as much as breasts and are very tender. (To save even more, buy whole chickens and use all the parts in various recipes, including stock.)
Migas usually has a lot of veggies in them, and I sometimes add lots of onion, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapenos, etc. This is the bare bones version I make on a rushed morning for me and the kids! Some fruit on the side and a cup of coffee makes a lovely meal.
