Medium low-fat, tasty recipe that can be fully vegetarian if you sub the chicken broth for vegetable broth.
No tomato! No peppers!! I also didn't include the rice int he calculations because how much people use will vary.

Vegan if you use veggie broth instead of chicken broth. I didn't include slivered almonds in calculator as it's a garnish and the amount varies.
