A no milk, no egg version of pumpkin custard; low in fat & carbs, high in potassium, vitamin A, protein, & calcium!
a basic coconut rice recipe, using light coconut milk; also wonderful with added ingredients, such as toasted coconut, sliced almonds,cashews, craisins, raisins, edamame, baked tofu, black beans, mandarin orange, as well as added spices: cardamon, curry, cinnamon, or allspice I eat this cold for breakfast, with rice milk, added coconut & nuts. Yummy, and 1/2 c. serving so filling!
