A great fall treat that keeps you full for hours and gets a good portion of healthy, slow digesting carbs (about 32 grams) and protein (about 20 grams depending on protein powder used) and no fat.
This is heaven in a bowl! I found a few other great pumpkin oatmeal recipes out there, but decided I wanted to mix and match and add a few twists of my own. Boy am I glad I did. This will be one of my favorite go to fall breakfasts!
