I have been making this for years I have used many different variations. I also love a tablespoon or to of plain lowfat yogurt to top this off. This is a lowfat comfort food.
Another great recipe from " The Complete Book of Raw Food" By Lori Baird and Julie Rodwell my FAVORITE raw food book! Buy it! You wont be sorry. You may omit the bragg's Aminos and use a teaspoon of salt but I use braggs often anyway. Also a cup of raisins and a half cup of raw sunflower seeds are a nice touch but not figured in the recipe.
This is my modification of an old recipe a coworker gave me years ago. I make this all the time. Very tasty and satisfying. I wish I could give credit to the originator of this recipe. All I know is I got it from Kim from Don Pablos years ago.
