My fiance and I found this recipe on the seal for a tub of yogurt by Astro. I changed a few of the ingredients and made this brownie recipe only 62.8 Calories and 1.6g of Fat! No more resisting the brownie goodness.

This is so tasty! I came up with the idea when my fiance wanted taco bake, but I didn't want to spend the extra money to buy the more expensive kit.
Found a recipe on it with dressing but decided to make it more simple with a good seasoned baked potato and some Parmesan cheese to make it extra yummy. Easy to make and they look so pretty!
