Smallest one bowl gluten-free brownies

My boyfriend wanted something sweet. This is the smallest amount of brownies that can be made reasonably at one time, given size of baker's chocolate squares. Based on Baker's one bowl brownies, sugar reduced slightly. When I told him there were 924 calories in the brownie, he put the remaining half down and ran away. I gave it to him to take home.

Easy New England pumpkin soup

This pumpkin soup is quick and creamy, though it uses no cream. It uses canned pumpkin. It can easily made dairy-free by substituting coconut oil for the butter.

Quick and gluten-free! And no eggs or dairy, so they're vegan and good for egg/dairy allergies.

Cheesecake, crustless and full fat

It seems to me that if you have one special treat for your birthday or other special occasion, it's worth doing it right. And I didn't want seconds.
