This is a cross between cabbage soup and meatless stuffed cabbage. This is a large batch recipe and can be cut in half for the cabbage, but you should use two-thirds of the sauce.
I couldn't find this in the ingredient list, but you need to spray the foil-lined tray and then the top of the yams with a small amount of olive oil spray (Pam, etc.). Also, please note, I used 1 cup cubed yams because that was what they had, so be conscious of this when looking at the nutritional info.
You can make as many yams as you like, and I enjoy this both hot and cold.
