I got this recipe off of the Fly Lady (www.flylady.net)
Emeril Lagasse recipe except instead of a whole chicken I used boneless skinless chicken breasts. I hate dealing with picking bones out of my meal. The original recipe called for a 4lb bird and cook on high for 6 hrs.
This recipe only makes 2 muffins so be sure to increase the recipe to fit your pan.
This recipe makes 1 serving so remember to make enough for everyone

The Tabouli recipe is a healthful and delicious Mediterranean food recipe prepared with quinoa, mint, garlic, tomatoes, green onions, olive oil and lemon. An excellent picnic food idea, it tastes great chilled or at room temperature.
The original recipe used 2c cracked wheat soaked for 30 min in hot water then wrung out and added into the salad. I added the quinoa instead.
I used the frozen mango berry mix at trader joes
Paula Deens Lemonade recipe but I changed out the sugar with Splenda
