Breakfast Eggs

Easy eggs to make for the entire work week. If you are interested in cutting your carbs to build some muscle, this is a great recipe. My kids even like these eggs! You can even double the serving size and it's still low cal, low carb, and higher protein.

Pizza Bake

A quick way to make pizza in a pan and the kids love it! They can never get enough and don't even complain about the veggies I dump in it. I can't get it out of the over quick enough for them!

Originally I left out the pizza dough in my indredients list but the calorie count is correct and does include the pizza dough.
