This recipe can use any fruit as I made it with apples, nectarines, mango, and papayas. Oh, so good!
This recipe can be lightened up for low fat or low sodium meals but I used what I had in my frig to make it this time.
* Lopez Coconut Milk, 1 oz
* Coconut sweetened fancy flakes, 16 tsp
* Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
* *Flour, white, .25 cup
* *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 3 tbsp
* Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
350 degrees- 45-60 mins.
1 serving is 1 cup
Bake 350 degrees for 14 mins. for muffins and 45 mins for a cake or bread.
This has been updated to help eliminate the fat and sugar to bring the calorie count down
This is a great vegetarian meal and very reasonable if you are trying to make meals on a budget.
Makes 3 Loaves White Bread, Cinnamon Bread or Cinnamon rolls.
Bake in loaf pans at 350 till done
Cinnamon rolls may not take as long to cook.
Makes 3 loaves or 7 mini loaves
