Made over, and halved from original recipe...guessed on the amount of bread...4oz give or take, depending on how thick its sliced....
I wanted to make a chicken salad with grapes and tomatoes, but this is what I had on hand instead!
bar none - the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had. Decided to put it in here so I know exactly what I am putting into my body!
My grandma always makes this for holidays and special occasions. She usually doubles it and throws it in the crock pot. I hope I got the servings size right, since she has no idea! She also says it freezes really well. I doubt mine will ever taste as good as hers!
Recipe from Betty Crocker, but I adapted it to be better for the figure. I believe there are 8- 1 cup servings...not quite sure.
An easy meal to through together. I always keep these ingredients on hand. Can be made without the bacon.
