Omelette Extraordinaire

For me, this is an amazing omelette, because it is high protein and low calorie while still using real eggs. Also, you get the antioxidants and vitamins/minerals from whatever veggies you choose to use, and the appetite suppressent effects of the turmeric. You will be fully stuffed until lunch from this baby, and might not even be able to finish it all! Quick, easy, delicious.

Immune Building Chicken Soup

This is the soup I make when someone in my family is under the weather. You can add lots of other veggies, etc. according to your tastes. I call it "Immune Building" because of all the garlic in it.
