This can easily be altered to your liking. The original recipe I got the inspiration from was an eggplant lasagna but I don't like eggplant so I changed it up and added ricotta, zucchini and more spinach and mushrooms. I almost might add some chicken or lean turkey burger to it.
This is a recipe from the Hungry Girl 200 Under 200 cookbook but I substituted elk burger for the Boca burger. This is sooo good, tastes like a fast food burger!

This recipe is from the Hungry Girl cookbook "Recipes and Survival Strategies for Guilt-Free Eating in the Real World", page 130. I replaced the ground turkey with ground elk meat and omitted the red bell peppers. This recipe is SO good! It's a sweeter version of Sloppy Joes.

This recipe is from the Hungry Girl cookbook "200 Under 200", page 72. I made a few tweaks for my liking. I couldn't find Dijonnaise so I used 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard instead, I left out the onion, and I lowered the amount of dill, it was a little green for me!
