Fresh and light summer vegetarian pasta.
This isn't very "diet" food. However... it tastes amazing and is great when you can plan it into your day.
This makes A LOT. Prepare to put some in the freezer to save for another day.
A pretty simple dish that is yummy. After eating it this time, I would maybe add a little more Teriyaki sauce to add some more flavor.
