My family loves spices so this chili does have a lot to it. You can adjust for your family's taste buds. I always make enough chili for leftovers. So if you don't like leftovers then cut the recipe in half.
This is an easy Szechuan sauce recipe. It has a lot of flavor. When you add the hot oil to the chili paste the aroma just fills the room.
This chicken is full of flavor. I have found that coating chicken breast with wheat germ helps retain the chicken's moisture. I rarely cooked chicken breast because it dries out so easily. Wheat germ has cured that probably for me. Bon Appetit.
This recipe was influenced by others I saw on the site. The main difference is this one uses toasted wheat germ. The toasted wheat germ coats the chicken enough to help it maintain its moisture without having a very heavy coating. As my son said, it doesn't even seem like the chicken has breading. My whole family really liked it and I hope yours enjoys it as well
This is a low sodium raspberry vinaigrette with a nice kick. I was tired of trying to find a low sodium salad dressing without all the preservatives.
