THIS RECIPE WILL SERVE 2, BT IS SALAD, IF YIU EAT THE ENTIRE RECIPE, IT'S NOT A LOT CALORIES AND IS REALL FILLING AND CHIP TO PREPARE.YU WILL NOT BE STARVING A COUPLE HOURS AFTER. I DID NOT ADD A DRESSING PICK YOUR FAVORITE OR JUST ADD LIME JUICE AND A LITTLE SALT INSTEAD.
delicious quesadillas with fried muschrooms and asadero cheese(this could be substitute with an other cheese mozzarela,fresco,chihuahua,panela,etc).

This recipe is a great enchilada sauce, if you wanted little more spicy, throw an extra serrano or use jalapenos instead. it will make about 8 enchiladas. 2 per person.
