Simple sauce added to any kind of pasta, with the option of added shredded cheese or veggie mince. Yum!
Nice as breakfast or sweet snack.
Can be made just as nicely with egg replacer and soy milk for a vegan variety.
Soup by Doug, Curried potato and pak choi soup. Hearty and flavorful.
Yummy salad, made for lunch and served with a boiled egg and a tablespoon of hummus on toast. Nutrition list uses some alternatives from recipe listing (ie: dressing amounts estimated, should be made to taste AND salad made of organic mustard leaves and spinach, but couldn't find them in listings.)
